'Tis the Season

This weekend we went with our friends the Adams, Mackays, and Wells to a display of beautiful nativities from around the world. We also took this "darling" picture to remember the good times.

December Fun

I went with my friends Becca and Misty to a display of beautiful Christmas trees and crafts at a hotel downtown. Our husbands have been so busy with school that we decided to get out and have some fun. They are having a raffle that we each put a whopping $3 into...wish us luck!

Thanksgiving

Better late than never in posting Thanksgiving pics. Here are ALL the cute Dobbs cousins (oh, and Uncle Dallas)! 'We spent Thanksgiving in Boise with everyone in Ty's family. The food was yummy and the company even better. The girls left the boys to babysit(scary) and went to the movie "Twilight." All the adults also went to the last Boise State Football game to watch Dallas play an amazing game. It was so fun to be there with Ty's parents and all of his siblings. We had a great time and are always sad when it's time to say goodbye.

The last couple days when Brody wakes up from a nap I go into his room and find him standing there like this. The first time it kinda scared me. He's standing there with a big grin on his face and I must say there is nothing better than that little face.
He loves his bed. He'll hold onto the side and jump FOREVER and I don't know what else he does but I often hear him laughing. It must be great to be so easily entertained!

Grandma and Grandpa Dobbs come to visit!

This weekend we were lucky enough to have Ty's parents come. We played with Brody, went out to eat, and drove down to Moscow, ID to watch Boise State play University of Idaho. It was fun to see them. We are now looking forward to Thanksgiving in Boise!!

After the Boise State/Univ. of Idaho game we met up with Tyson's brother Dallas, his wife Katie, and little boy Tiger. It was fun to visit with them and hug on little Tiger.

We went shopping and Brody wouldn't let go of grandpa's ears.

Last night our friends (thank you Becca and Levi) put on this fun filled Halloween party. We had a great time visiting, eating yummy food, games for the little folks, costume contest, etc.

Ward Halloween Party

Last night was our ward Halloween party and my friend let me borrow this cute duck costume for Brody. Tyson thought it was a little "girly." I guess he was right when the guy taking our picture asked the "little girl" to smile.HAHA Anyway, I thought he looked adorable, but I guess for REAL Halloween we'll dress him up in something a little more masculine!

Time with grandma

Grandma has been here visiting for the last couple weeks and it's been wonderful. Lots of shopping, eating, crafts, parks, and playing with the cute babies. It's also been great to have a babysitter! Thanks mom and we'll miss you.

The other day Brody was sick with a yucky cold. It was so sad, although the bonus was that he would sit and let me cuddle with him!

Brody just turned 8 months and
for a while now he's been giving strangers this "who are you" look. It's so fun to see him really start to notice everything.

Lately Brody wants to pull himself up on EVERYTHING. He's quite the little crawler and is keeping me on my toes.

Football season is here again and the best part about it is watching Ty's brother, Dallas, play for Boise State. This picture is after the win last weekend against Oregon. Way to go Broncos!!!

We just got back from a fun trip to Vegas. We attended my brother's wedding in the Las Vegas Temple. It was a wonderful day!
